Wheatgrass has high amount of antioxidants , and thus helps your body in repairing damaged cells, rejuvenation, and delaying the aging process of skin. It is believed that wheatgrass assists in the maintenance of the reproductive system. Wheatgrass can also minimize the effects of air pollution on your respiratory system.

You will find many other sources of Healthy Immune System vitamins both naturally or store bought. Just know that vitamins and minerals found in fresh foods tend to be better for you . If you don't have the time to cook the home cooked meals, then look into vitamin supplements at bare minimum.
